Each order is handled according to the best logistics service, in order to make the parcels get to your location as soon as possible, making goods get in perfect state. Your orders are always covered by a full risk insurance.

Your order will be processed within 2-3 working days. Once picked up by the post service, parcels will be delivered approximately 4-5 days.

Please note: during busy periods there may be a delay whilst we work through large volumes of orders.

For Sabah/Sarawak/Labuan Transaction. Bigone will only deliver the product to port klang border only. Buyers should arrange themselves shipments to their designating location.

We cannot cancel or make changes to any processed order.
